FEATURES:
FC-200 is a high-solids polyamide-epoxy resin. The provides a long pot life, flexible properties, outstanding chemical resistance, extreme abrasion resistance.
FC-200 is both a decorative and protective epoxy coating specially developed for masonry surfaces. In addition, it may be applied to terrazzo, cinder block, brick, stone, glass, wood, metal, or asphalt. AES-200 is best suited for, but not limited to horizontal surfaces.
It provides a secure barrier to chemical penetration. Suitable for food preparation areas. Highly resistant to various solvents, gasoline, oils, hydrocarbons, acids, alkalis and particularly food acids. Excellent for chemical containment facilities.
Jet Fuel Resistant: Excellent for airplane hangars and service facilities.
Excellent abrasion resistance.
Adheres to moist concrete, such as basement floors.
Excellent adhesion of the product to the substrate. Self-priming in most situations.
APPLICATIONS:
FC-200 is a protective coating for industrial floors, stairs, tanks, decks, equipment, and much more. AES-200 can be used where moist areas may prevent the use of other coatings. FC-200 is used in commercial, industrial, and residential surroundings.
APPLICATION METHOD:
3/8 nap phenolic core roller, or spray.
COVERAGE / APPLICATION RATE:
Read the Product Data Sheet. and MSDS Sheet before opening and use. FC-200 can be applied by brush or roller.
A two-coat application is generally recommended to help ensure complete protection.

Surfaces subject to significant movement or other difficult conditions may require heavier applications and the use of reinforcement fabrics. All penetrations or transitions of surface materials should use reinforcement fabrics.
Dry Film Application Rate:
To yield a dry film of 9 mils, apply 150 Sq. Ft/gallon
To yield a dry film of 13 mils, apply 100 Sq. Ft/gallon

CURING TIMES:
Pot Life - 4 hours @ 80°F
Drying Time - 6 hours @ 80°F, complete cure 36 hours
COLOR OPTIONS:
Available standard in Nickel Gray. Also available in White and Tan. Custom tints from the factory are available upon request (20-gallon minimum + cost adder).
